Product construction process

The construction of ultra-thin stone is relatively simple, and the main construction method is hanging and pasting. It is a process that combines pasting and hanging. Special stone adhesives are selected, and corrosion-resistant standard hanging parts are used for support. After construction, the finishing layer is integrated with the wall.

1. Wood substrate:

Use universal glue. Both the back of the product and the wood substrate need to be glued. Wait until the glue is dry and not sticky before it can be bonded. (For thick bonding, use a wooden block and a hammer to knock out the air)

2. Cement wall:

Use structural glue. Both the back of the product and the cement wall need to be glued, especially around the back of the product.

3. (Required for light-transmitting series) Glass or acrylic base:

Use crystal glue to apply evenly.

4. Make arcs or columns:

First hit the wood substrate, bond with universal glue, and use mosquito nails to reinforce the corners after bonding.

5. Leave grooves, apply glue, and use metal strips for grooves:

The grooves must be processed before the product is laminated to avoid glue overflowing onto the product, because natural stone has pores. Once glue overflows onto the stone surface, it will be difficult to clean.

6. How to use the surface paint:

After construction is completed, Clean ultra thin stone surface. When it is dry, apply stone special protective agent to do protection.
