Flexible Marble Veneer

Flexible Marble Veneer is a new type of decorative material based on natural marble. It is cut into extremely thin sheets (usually within 1-2 mm thick) through a special process and compounded with a flexible backing plate (such as glass fiber or polymer material). At the same time, the material can be cut arbitrarily, which is convenient for on-site processing and installation, greatly improving the adaptability and design flexibility of the material.

3. Convenient construction
Flexible marble veneer can be installed by adhesive pasting or dry hanging, without large cutting machinery and complex construction technology, simplifying the construction process and almost no dust pollution. Compared with traditional stone installation, the construction efficiency can be increased by 2 to 3 times, reducing labor input and construction cycle. In commercial projects such as shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings, the decoration period can be significantly shortened, thereby speeding up the time for the site to be put into use.

4. Natural beauty
The surface of the material is 100% natural marble slices, which fully retains the natural texture and color of the stone and can present the same decorative effect as traditional marble. In the production process, the combination of composite backboard and slicing technology effectively reduces the dependence on the whole stone. Compared with the high loss of the whole stone, the utilization rate of the original stone by flexible veneer is increased by more than 80%, while reducing the amount of mining and carbon footprint, which is more in line with the needs of green buildings and sustainable development.
